| Trash Disposal | Trash pick-up is NOT included; tenants are responsible for trash disposal and are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | $125 Each of our homes has a fixed price for professional cleaning. This cleaning charge is stated in your contract, and is due June 1. Our cleaners do a "turnover cleaning" which includes vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning of the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Usage beyond normal wear and tear will lead to extra cleaning charges, which will be deducted directly from your security deposit. |
