Andrews House	This beautiful Victorian, located on Beach Avenue, is just a short walk to Crescent Beach. Nestled behind tall hedges, this vacation home has two deep porches - one facing east and one facing west.

Baths	1.5 plus outside shower

Amenities	Automatic coffee maker, washer, dryer, toaster, microwave, TV, VCR, charcoal grill, telephone for local calling only
Linens and Towels	Tenant must provide bed linens and towels; pillows and blankets provided
Trash Disposal	Trash pick-up is NOT included; tenants are responsible for trash disposal and are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances
Cleaning	$125 Each of our homes has a fixed price for professional cleaning. This cleaning charge is stated in your contract, and is due June 1. Our cleaners do a "turnover cleaning" which includes vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning of the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Usage beyond normal wear and tear will lead to extra cleaning charges, which will be deducted directly from your security deposit.
Rental Terms	50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1
Damage Deposit	$350 due June 1
Rental Week	Arrive and depart on Sunday
Fees	There is a $50 reservation fee on all rentals
