Off the beaten path on the southwest with gorgeous views of Block Island Sound; sunsets and moonrises from open decks on three sides of this beautiful house; great privacy. Open dining/living room, small kitchen. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus 1 outside shower. Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, satellite TV, CD and VCR/DVD players, radio, laundry room, outside furniture  and charcoal grill; telephone (tenant responsible for toll calls).

• Linens and Towels - tenant must provide bed linens and towels (blankets and pillows provided)

• Trash Disposal - tenants responsible for disposal and are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances

• Cleaning - $120
  Each of our homes has a fixed price for professional cleaning. This cleaning charge is stated in your contract, and is due June 1. Our cleaners do a "turnover cleaning" which includes vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning of the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Usage beyond normal wear and tear will lead to extra cleaning charges, which will be deducted directly from your security deposit.

• Rental Terms - 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1

• Damage Deposit – $250 due June 1

• Rental Week - arrive and depart on Saturday

• There is a $50 reservation fee on all rentals
