Automatic coffee maker, microwave, blender, washer, toaster, radio, Satellite TV, gas grill, picnic table

Linens and Towels

Tenant must provide bed linens and towels

Trash Disposal

Tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances and dispose of at the Town's Recycling Center

Cleaning

$100
Each of our homes has a fixed price for professional cleaning. This cleaning charge is stated in your contract, and is due June 1. Our cleaners do a "turnover cleaning" which includes vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning of the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Usage beyond normal wear and tear will lead to extra cleaning charges, which will be deducted directly from your security deposit.

Rental Terms

50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 - no smoking

Damage Deposit

$150 due June 1

Rental Week

Arrive and depart on Sunday

Fees

There is a $50 reservation fee on all rentals
