Rental Policies

PAYMENT:

 50% of rental fee due upon lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1

DEPOSIT:

Security deposit is due June 1

PETS:

We know you love them; check your rental preference to see if they allow dogs

SMOKING:

Smoking is not allowed in any property

RENTAL PERIODS:

Arrival days vary per property, please call for more information

TRANSPORTATION:

Many properties are off the beaten path; early planning will allow you to make a ferry reservation for your vehicle to accommodate your arrival/departure dates

EMERGENCY MEDICAL:

Block Island does have a medical facility with trauma trained physicians should the need for medical attention arise while you are here

CLEANING:

Each of our homes has a fixed price for professional cleaning. This cleaning charge is stated in your contract, and is due June 1. Our cleaners do a "turnover cleaning" which includes vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning of the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Usage beyond normal wear and tear will lead to extra cleaning charges, which will be deducted directly from your security deposit.
